Blue, floor length swaths of chiffon suspend from the ceiling - molding air flow into gentle waves immersing viewer and art work in the intimate emotion of an under sea experience. The call of sea gulls reaches our ears. Whale song vibrates the air. Here in this room we sense water. We are welcomed by the gentle sound of waves lapping the shore. And it is the shore upon which we stand to examine life.
Our connection to time and each other, to the trees, to earth, water, fire, and the air is MIME energy. From one elemental state to the next electrons carry our shared origins and our progress, our sameness and our variations. All creation originates with some form of ovum and sperm coming together; some attraction whether negative or positive.

About the Exhibition
Approximately 24 pieces completed over a span of several years are included in the exhibition. The installation is comprised of two-dimensional works on canvas and sculptural works created in wood, stone or bronze.
For the museum gift shop maquettes and delicately sculptured sterling silver jewelry complement the exhibition. The artist is available for lectures and docent training during the exhibition as well.
